got freeeeeee (ahhh, don't you love the word "free") tickets to the screening of "Rise of the Guardians", which i have been itching and hopping around waiting to watch it ever since i saw the trailer a few months ago! it really seems awesome and my kind of movie where you explicitly know that there WILL be a good ending--i can't sleep well after watching a movie with bad ending =/

anyways i think that it's really really Christmassy, you might want to save it for Christmas? typical movie
lah where good guys bad up, bad guy turns up, good guys lose but win at the end. Father Christmas somehow reminds me of the chief of the village in How to Train Your Dragon, right up to the accent, while the little elfs are similar to the ones in Despicable Me, hmm..Having a problem with originality already? We're doomed.
There are plenty of comedy in this movie, and with Father Christmas portraying a more dangerous and fierce man compared to the previous jolly old fat common version, so it's kind of a fresh new take--my verdict? Go watch it!
My favorite character so far happens to be Easter Bunny!is that typical of me?
Not until the credits were rolling that i found out Hugh Jackman voiced Easter Bunny, must be why he's so alluring and hypnotizing (*sighhh). At the end they even show him as a cute little bunny when he loses his power, hehe! couldn't find any pics of the cute version online though (online meaning Google images
lah!) they must be really keeping a lid on the pics before it cinemas start playing the movie.
