SCENE II ACT IV
EXT. THE BOND PUB – NIGHT
Soft Jazz music playing in the background by a band in the
pub. EXTRAS spread around the pub drinking and chattering softly.
CINDY, CRYSTAL and PENNY enter pub, laughing and giggling
excitedly, bounding up to sit at the bar counter. BARTENDER approaches.
BARTENDER: may I get you three gorgeous ladies something to
drink?
CINDY: “Three measures of Gordon's,”
CRYSTAL: “one of vodka,”
PENNY: “half a measure of Kina Lillet,”
ALL THREE: (shrieks) “Shake it very well until it's
ice-cold, then add a large thin slice of lemon-peel!!” (Bursts into laughter)
BARTENDER: ahh you three are American tourists, ehh? Fans of
Bond? Then you’re gonna love this.” (Produces a gun, cigar and three goblets),
the gun is a Walther 7.65mm handgun, Bond used to carry it in his boot! .. and
this is his favourite cigar, the Romeo y Julieta Churchill, extremely strong! That
Bond was a man of taste, that’s definite.
CRYSTAL: oooooh! May i?? (all three huddles around the
items)
PENNY: and the goblets?
BARTENDER: (with flourish) to serve you three m’ladies your
drinks in nothing but the finest, of course!
CINDY, PENNY, AND CRYSTAL: (giggles) Thank you!
BARTENDER: owh and you 3 gals will love this… (snaps fingers
at the band)
BAND assembles, singer starts moaning,
“when you were young
and your heart was an open book, you used to say live and let live”
CINDY, CRYSTAL, and PENNY: (looks at each other, laugh, and
then starts crooning)
“you know you did, you
know you did you know you did”
EXTRAS start clapping, mood – aroused crowd.
EDDIE, TOM and WILLIAM: (enters stage left and joins in the
singing)
“But if this ever
changing world in which we live in makes you give in and cry”
EXTRAS and MAIN CHARACTERS jump up and start dancing to the
song.
“say live and let die”
“live and let die”

EDDIE plays the guitar, TOM slides along the bar, WILLIAM
dances around the 3 girls.
After two rounds of the song, song ends and ALL CAST laughs,
hugs each other and EXTRAS fade into background.
TOM: you guys were great! We should do this again someday,
we’re Tom..
EDDIE: Eddie! And…
WILLIAM: William!!
CRYSTAL, CINDY and PENNY: yes! It was great!! We’re Cindy,
Crystal, and Penny, see you guys around London! (bounds up and exits stage
left)
TOM, EDDIE and WILLIAM stares longingly in the direction the
3 girls left, and then exits stage left.
END.
